Q. I have not been on a quad before can i ride?
A. Yes, we provide full training and test laps on our track before we let you loose on the miles of off road tracks!

Q. Do you supply Waterproof clothing?
A. We do offer waterproofs, £3 per set to hire or bring your own.

Q. What Clothing & Footwear Should I Bring?
A. Old clothing, Wellington Boots are advised, No open toe footwear.

Q. Do you provide gloves and can i wear them?
A. We hire gloves at £2 or bring your own.

Q. Do you provide all safety equipment?
A. Yes we supply helmet and back protector as standard, all riders are also required to wear a balaclava, these can be hired at £1.50 or you can bring your own.

Q. Whats the minimum age for riders?
A. For the safari’s it’s ages 14+ and children’s quad bikes start at ages 6+

Q. Is there a minimum group size?
A. No, we are happy to take any size group.

Q. What time should i arrive for my quad bike Safari?
A. We Ask all customers to arrive 15 Minutes Before their session is about to start

Q. What are your booking terms and conditions?
A. We are a very busy site and once full have to turn away custom, due to this cancellations can be made up to 21 days prior of booking date, (deposit is no refundable) after which full balance will be required for cancellation or delegates that do not attend.

Q. Can we have a picnic there?
A. Yes, we have picnic tables, as well as amazing grassed locations, you can enjoy fresh local food in our restaurant with 10% Off.

Q. Can I ride if i’m pregnant?
A. For safety, pregnant women should not participate in our Quad Bike Experience

Q. Can I ride if i have a back injury or any other serious health problems?
A. People with back injuries or any other serious health problems, should not participate in our Quad Bike Experience

Q. Are you open all year?
A. Yes we are open all year, although in extreme cold weather we may not be able to run due to ice.

Q. How do i pay?
A. We accept Cash, Cheque or Card, there is a charge for card payments, you can also pay online through our website.

Q. Can I ride as fast as I like!!?
A. Our instructors are out on safari to keep you safe, they will set the speed to the skill level of the group and within the restrictions of the bikes.

Q. Can I take my camera or mobile phone on safari?
A. No electronic devices are permitted whilst riding due to health and safety reasons, our instructors carry a mobile phone, just incase

Q. Do you require any information for insurance?

A. Yes we ask for 1 debit card from your group to be pre authorised on our system, no money is taken from the account it just holds on our system until your session has finished.

Q. Do you take group photo’s & videos?
A. Yes we do, we then upload it free of charge to our Facebook page for all to see, this is a FREE service (Subject to availability)
